Tier 1 technician (Call Center)
Whether you have a ton of experience or not, this is where everyone starts. This position is designed so that individuals can be indoctrinated into the culture and processes that are critical to TURNkey’s success. Here people learn to do things in a manner that is structured and well taught. We have found that some people like the call center and some people don’t. However, it is a great place to start and the training given is good enough that we should actually charge for it.
